FRONTIERS RECORDS statement for TOTO release

In relation to a newsbit released recently by another recording label, Frontiers Records wishes to clarify that the recording group TOTO is currently still under valid contractual obligation with Frontiers Records. Frontiers therefore reserves the right to protect its interests in this particular matter, including going to court if necessary.
